At our Oil Spill Claims Community Clinic, participants will:

Obtain essential updated information and learn about their rights in the claims process;

Receive specific answers to commonly encountered problems that have frustrated many community members in receiving adequate emergency payments;

Receive assistance in filing their claims from our team of pro-bono attorneys, accountants, and tax experts; and

Share their concerns and problems for us to bring directly to key decision makers, including Mr.Feinberg\'s office.

All of our counseling and assistance are provided FOR FREE. The clinics serve all local residents, Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese.
